Also Congo's total expenditure on health care as percent of GDP is 1.9 whitch is $190 on their health rate. Malaria keeps the adults from earning a living, drains the economies of African nations, and trapes there people in grinding poverty. With such a smal amount of money directed to health care, there isn't much money to help care for the sick. The death rate for children under 5 years old per 1,000 is 126.
