Congo is one of the few countries that have Malaria. Congo's ecinomic summary GDP/PPP is 13.23 billion and their per capita income is $3,700. Also Congo's total expenditure on health care as percent of GDP is 1.9 whitch is $190 on their health rate. Malaria keeps the adults from earning a living, drains the economies of African nations, and trapes there people in grinding poverty. With such a smal amount of money directed to health care, there isn't much money to help care for the sick. The death rate for children under 5 years old per 1,000 is 126. The death rate for people between the ages of 15 and 60 is 407 male and 367 female per 1,000 people.(who.com)
